Overview
By using the DW belt dryer, materials are distributed on the conveying belt by proper feeding mechanism (such as star-type distributor, swing-type distributor, pulverizer or pelletizer).
The conveying belt passes through a channel consisting of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulating systems, and each channel is designed with one or several dehumidifying systems. When the conveying belt passes through the channel, hot air will heat the materials from the top down or from the bottom up. Thus, uniform heating is achieved.
This belt dryer capable of continuous drying is widely used for chemical, food, medicine, building material, electronics and many other industries. It is especially fit for drying flake, strip and granule shaped materials with good air permeability. For caky and pasty materials, drying is available after they are pelletization or extrusion molded.
Features
1. As this conveyor-belt dryer adopts the aforementioned material heating method, contact area of materials and hot air is largely increased and drying speed is also improved.
2. Unique internal air supply device not only increases the relative speed of materials and hot air, but also well ensures drying uniformity.
3. This belt dryer is structured in fully closed type. Instead of external air hose, it merely comes with dehumidifying hose, thus enhancing heat efficiency and ensuring materials won’t be polluted.
4. All components inside the conveyor belt drying machine are accessible, easy for cleaning.
5. Conveying speed of the belt dryer is controllable to guarantee appropriate drying operation.
