Overview
The FZG vacuum dryer boasts strong drying capability even under low operating temperature. Generally, pure water boils at 100°C in normal state. Yet, the boiling point of water inside this vacuum drying machine is below 100°C for the partial pressure of steam is much less than the partial pressure materials receive. For example, when the partial pressure of material surface is -0.07MPa, water boils at 70°C.

Features
1. Featured by high drying efficiency and high heat utilization rate, this vacuum drying equipment fits for drying heat sensitive and easily-oxidized materials.
2. Our vacuum dryer is also applicable for solvents or solvents requiring reclamation.
3. Sterilization is implemented before drying, and impurities won’t be mixed with materials during drying.
4. This static vacuum dryer won’t cause material morphology damage. Meanwhile, as a kind of batch production equipment, it enables timely craft adjustment.
5. Arched internal top is helpful in avoiding the generation of condensed water droplet.
6. Four-point-in-one vacuum structure largely guarantees drying uniformity.
