Overview
Water wet materials enter the QG flash dryer via special feedway, and then are fully mixed with heated air. As heat and mass transfer area is increased, material moisture will evaporate within a very short time. Dried final products will then be discharged by cyclone separator, and a fraction of fine powder will be collected by cyclone dust extractor or bag-type dust collector.
Features
1. This flash dryer adopts impulse-type clamp, allowing for full contact of materials and hot air. Hence, thermal efficiency is extremely high.
2. Suited to heat sensitive materials, our flash dryer features small system resistance, favorable operating environment and low labor intensity.
3. Due to high gas speed at main engine bottom, contact time for materials and hot air is short, which safely avoids material coking and discoloring.
4. The driving unit of this hot airflow dryer is simply constructed, thereby maintenance load is small.
